Evening Harbour (“we”) operates eveningharbour.com as an independent, affiliate-funded comparison site. We do not operate gambling services.
What we collect
This site is primarily static. We may process: information you type into the contact form (name, email, message); basic server or host logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability; and a local preference flag when you accept the cookie notice (stored in your browser’s localStorage).
Why we process it
To reply to messages you send, to keep the site secure, and to remember cookie-banner consent on your device. We do not sell personal data.
Affiliate links
When you follow an operator link, that operator or its affiliate network may set its own cookies and process data under its privacy policy. We do not control those systems.
Retention & rights
Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to respond. Hosting logs follow the provider’s retention schedule. If you are in the UK you may have rights of access, correction and erasure under UK GDPR — email us via the contact page.
Children
The site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
